Chicken & Lychees in Oyster Sauce PDF Print

CHICKEN AND LYCHEES IN OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients

Chicken meat 350 g  cut into pieces, Bell pepper 1 cut into pieces, Canned lychees 150 g drained and halved, Strawberry 1 sliced


Marinade

Blended Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Corn starch 1/2 tsp


Sauce Mix

Corn starch 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tbsp

Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 tbsp, Water 3 tbsp

White Vinegar 2 tbsp

Method

1. Mix chicken with marinade.

2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell pepper, straw berry and

stir-fry for 1 minute.

3. Stir in lychees, sauce mix and heat through.
