Duck Breast with Strawberry & Char siu Sauce |

Ingredients Duck breast 2 pieces about 300 g, Strawberries 2 about 50 g[diced
Marinade Sauce Mix Method 1. Mix duck breast with marinade. 2. Pan-fry duck breast in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate. 3. Heat through sauce mix and stir in strawberries. Pour over duck breast.
Char Siu Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, Water 5 tbsp, Honey 2 tsp, Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Pepper a little
Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 tbsp
