Chicken Korma PDF Print


Ingredients
Chicken  550g
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander paste 1 tbsp
Cardamom 6
Cinnamon, 1" 2 pieces
Salt 2 tsp
Ghee (oil) 3/4 cup
Green chilli 6 
Paprika  2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp


How to cook it

1.Use yellow chicken. Do not cut the chicken into too small pieces.
2.Slice the  green Chilli's down the centre so to cut them in half , add all the rest of Ingredients  into the cooking dish. Mix well. Heat covered in low heat. Stir the chicken  once (be careful it does not burn). When the water has almost dried up, add the green chilli and the Paprika heat for another half hour in very low heat.
3.When the oil begins to float to the  top your dish is ready.

Eat with Boiled rice
