Gado mixed Salad PDF Print

Ingredients

Carrot 90 g  cut into matchsticks, Fried bean curd 90 g  cut into pieces, Fried prawn chips for serving

Cucumber 150 g  cut into strips, Tomatoes 150 g  sliced, Cabbage 150 g  shredded, Long beans 150 g  cut into strips, Hard-boiled eggs 2 quartered


Dressing 

Method

1. Part boil cabbage and string beans in boiling water. Rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Arrange all ingredients in a salad bowl and put to chill.

3. Prepare dressing: Satay Sauce and red chili in 1 tbsp

oil. Stir in all the other ingredients and heat through. Let cool and put to chill.

4. Pour dressing over salad and mix well just before serving sprinkle crushed peanuts. Serve cold with fried prawn chips



Minced Garlic 1 tbsp, Diced red chilli 2 tbsp

Satay Sauce 3 tbsp, Palm sugar/sugar 3 tbsp, Peanut butter 3 tbsp

White Vinegar 1 tbsp, Coconut milk 3/4 cup
