Deep Fried Ham PDF Print

Ingredients: 
 For 2-4 servings 
 200g. (7oz) sliced ham, cut into 1 cm x 2.5 cm (0.5 x 1 inch) pieces
 50g. (1 1/2 oz) muli-purpose flour
 1/3 water
  vegetable oil
  
 
   
 Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, mix the flour with water coat the ham with the batter Deep fly in a hot oil until golden.
