What you will need: 8 tbs. fish sauce 3 tsp. palm sugar 3 tsp tamarind juice 4 tsp chilli powder 1 shallot, finely chopped 1 tsp. spring onion, finely chopped mix above together 2 tsp. sticky rice grains, toasted brown in wok 2 tsp dried chilli small toasted in wok place in pestel & Mortar crush till powder and to mix Please be aware and careful this is very hot
