Southern Style Crab Claw PDF Print

Ingredients: 
 For 3 servings  
 15-20 crab claw
 1 sachet instant multi-purpose flour 
 2 tsp. ground peppercorns vegetable oil 
  
 
   
 Preparation:

1. Dissolve multi-purpose flour in water. Add some ground peppercorns into the batter.
2. Dip the crab claw into the batter.
3. Heat the oil, deep fry the crab claw in the hot oil until golden.
4. Serve with Chinese Plum Sauce or Chilli sauce.
