Spicy Surin Dip for sticky Rice PDF Print


A useful "auxiliary very Spicy dipping sauce" is made by mixing one part dark soy with one part Maggi Sauce, one part Tiparos fish sauce and one part hot mustard.

4x Teaspoons of dry roasted chilli powder

1 Finely cut Spring onion

1 Lemongrass stalk finely cut

Mix together and beat in Pestle and Mortor  eat with sticky rice and any kind of meat or fish
