Fried Pork chop with lemon Grass |

Ingredients Pork chop boneless 400 g beat lightly , Lemon grass 1 stick sliced thinly, Diced green onion 1 tbsp, Fried shallot for serving
Marinade Method 1. Marinate pork chop for 15 minutes or overnight. 2. Deep-fry pork chop in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. 3. Stir-fry sliced lemon grass in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add diced green onion, pork chop and stir well. Put on a serving plate. Sprinkle with fried shallot. * Can be served with red rice and fresh vegetables.
Sesame Oil 1 tsp, Fish sauce about 2 tsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp, Wine 1 tsp, Palm sugar or sugar ½ tsp
Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 ½ tbsp, Lemon grass 1 stick [crushed and chopped]
